We do not sell any flavored oils. Oils that are flavored, cannot be classified as extra Virgin because they contain another element, which may disguise defects of the oil, or how much oil is actually in the bottle.
There many factors in determining the price of our oils. Region, Cultivar, methods of harvest, planting style, and many more all play a factor in the price. Call us for more information.
The California Olive Oil Council is a council made up of olive growers in California, who look to keep a standard in Extra Virgin Olive Oil that is higher than the IOC or International olive Council. The IOC has an allowance for FFA of up to 0.8, while the COOC only allows 0.5 Excellent olive oil is generally in up to 0.3, and many of our oils even exceed that.
