    FFA: 0.2, Polyphenol: 507 PPH

    Uses and Pairings: 
    Great for grilled vegetables, beans, bruschetta, grilled red meat such as steak and
    lamb; ultra-premium cooking oil to elevate your food; ideal for your daily antioxidant

    It is a lovely example of the cultivars with a green vegetables scent like arugula or
    artichoke, balanced pungency and bitterness, characteristic of Frantoio and Leccino
    which originates in Italy’s famous Tuscany region. Our climate in Petaluma-Sonoma
    County, CA is much like Tuscany and here the variety makes a lovely oil.


    We searched for the best California olives and picked each of them by hand at the
    earliest sign of ripeness when their color is darkening from green to purple.
    Since we don’t like to lose any freshness, the olives are crafted by our state of the art
    equipment right there in our truck, parked right there in the grove and bottled in
    Simple. Natural.
